By placing a booking with us via telephone, email, in person on via social media you are entering into a legally binding contract

The deposit paid to secure the booking is non refundable and there is no 'cooling off' period.

In the event of cancellation within 7 days of the trip full balance will need to be paid

All details regarding the trip should be given at time of booking including times and collection and drop off points

The bus will wait 10 minutes only after the agreed collection time. Failure to meet the bus will result in journey and no refund given

Any additional drop offs or pick will result in additional charges and may not be accommodated

The bus will be clean and ready to use at the commencement of booking and it to be left in such condition and end of booking

No food, drink, cigarettes (including e cigarettes) or confetti permitted to be brought onto the bus by passengers. Should this not be adhered to a cleaning charge may be enforced if they are not removed at end of journey

Any sick / stains / bodily fluids / rubbish on the bus will result in a cleaning charge of up to £100

Any damage to the bus will result in a unlimited charge to the hirer

ANY abusive or violent behaviour will result in termination of trip with no refund given and police may be contacted

Nothing to be removed from the bus other than personal belongings 

The hirer is responsible for ensuring that payment for any additional charges can be paid

It is the responsibility of the hirer to ensure that these terms and conditions are adhered to by the party

The hirer will be required to sign these terms and conditions when boarding the bus. It is the hirer's responsibility to familiarise themselves with the terms and conditions before the trip.

We are not responsible for extreme weather. In such event, your booking may be postponed for your safety and can be moved to another available date. No refund will be given.

We are not responsible for any breakdowns. In the event of a breakdown, we will endeavor to transfer you to another vehicle.

Airport transfer bookings - we are not responsible for any missed flights due to weather, road closure or accidents.
